Sanitise your equipment
Handle sprouts and sprouting equipments with clean hands
Check sprouts when rinsing and draining, healthy sprouts smell fresh, not mouldy.
Let sprouts air dry before storing, the sprouts should feel dry to touch
Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to five days.
